By requesting service from Enchanted Estate Lawn Care, you agree to the following terms:

Enchanted Estate Lawn Care is operated by a 15-year-old independent lawn care provider.

This is a small, local business – not a registered company and not insured.
-
All work is done with care and effort, based on experience and available equipment.
💵 Payments

Payment is due before or immediately after service, unless the client is on a prepaid contract.

For long lawns, payment must be made before service begins.
-
For large lawns or jobs requiring extra time or equipment, payment must be made in full before service.

Tree pruning, major landscaping, and hazardous work are not offered.

Bumpy or uneven terrain may result in additional charges due to increased difficulty.

The client must clear the lawn of toys, debris, hoses, or other obstacles prior to service.

The client is responsible for any damage to personal items or fines resulting from equipment damage caused by obstacles left on the property.
📅 Scheduling

Service days may vary due to weather or unexpected delays — the client will be notified of any changes.

If service cannot be completed, it will be rescheduled at the earliest possible time.

During periods of high demand or bad weather, service days may shift — patience is appreciated.
⚠️ Liability

Enchanted Estate Lawn Care is not insured.

The provider is not responsible for accidental damage to underground systems (sprinklers, cables, etc.) unless clearly marked and discussed before service.

The provider is not responsible for damage to unsecured items left on the lawn.

By using the service, the client accepts the risks of hiring a young, uninsured provider.
❌ Cancellations & Contracts

Please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations when possible.

Prepaid contracts are non-refundable after service starts unless the provider cancels the agreement.

If the client misses two scheduled appointments without notice, the contract may be canceled.
